Santa pictures

I almost forgot to add the pictures of the girls with Santa this year.  Molly saw quite a few Santas and wasn't overly warm to him.  This one at the ward Christmas party she seemed to do the best with.  Emma, on the other hand, thought Santa was a hoot and whenever she saw one, would hold her hands out to him and just giggle.  I'm still caught off guard with how friendly my baby is.

A little bit of Christmas

Even though we didn't do the best job this year of documenting our Christmas through pictures, we really did have a wonderful time celebrating together, thinking and talking about the blessings/gifts we've received from our Savior in general and this year specifically, spending time with family, and presents.  We hope all of you also had a wonderful Christmas.

Here's a few of the pictures we actually did take.  I don't think they'll need much explanation.
Molly's Gingerbread house.
Cookies for Santa.
The set-up Christmas morning.  The trampoline was the girls' gift from Santa.
Molly seeing everything for the first time.
It's a hit.

1, and Loving It.

Here are Emma's 1 year pictures.  She was a hoot during the session...the biggest challenge was just getting her to sit/stand still enough to snap a picture.  It was wonderful not to have her screaming from shyness.  Emma is such a social creature, and obviously adorable. (Am I biased?  Sure, but who wouldn't agree?)
